We Started in 1980 as Fantasy Limited a singing balloon telegram business.

Balloons Across the River is now focusing on balloon decorations for parties, corporate events and grand openings. Some of our best work was on display for the Cincinnati Bicentennial. Manypeople in town are familiar with the arches that we did every year for Merchants and Music, the Christmas and Pumpkin Walks, and at Tower Park for the Easter Egg Hunt.
